Spend time together

If your child loves to hear bedtime stories, read one to them. If they love playing outdoor games, go out with them and also make sure you encourage some 'daddy time'. Also, you must make sure to have at least one meal together and bring happy talks to the table. Involvement of both the parents teaches kids the value of being together as a family. This will be something they will remember for their lifetime and will probably do the same when they start a family.
