'Zootopia 2' Review, 'Judy' And 'Nick' Return With A Bigger And Bolder Plot, Fans Say, 'Best Sequel'

Plotline of Zootopia 2

Zootopia 2 is set after the events of the first film, which was released in 2016. The film, brings together 'Judy Hopps' (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin), rabbit officer and 'Nick Wilde' (Jason Bateman), cop fox, who now work under 'Chief Bogo' (Idris Elba). Soon, the duo is pulled back into a new investigation, involving a snake. The strange incidents involving the snake sparks rumours of some foul play. However, while investigating, 'Judy' and 'Nick' find things such as theft and larger conspiracy. 

Throughout the film, 'Judy' and 'Nick' roam across the streets of Zootopia for their investigation. From freezing arctic zones to chaotic markets, they explore everything. On the way, they also meet new characters such as 'Gary De’Snake' (voiced by Ke Huy Quan). Overall, the film blends meaningful themes wrapped in a box full of humour and chaos.

Standout characters in Zootopia 2

While 'Judy' and 'Nick' continue to take center stage and shine in this Disney film, Zootopia 2 also has a few characters who leave a long-lasting impact on the audience. Along with 'Judy' and 'Nick', it is 'Chief Bogo', who brings his own warmth and humour.
