Zeishan Quadri REACTS To Salman Khan Being Biased To Amaal Mallik, 'No One Knows, But...'

Bigg Boss 19, the reality show hosted by Salman Khan, has become a fan favourite. From ugly fights to intense drama, the changing dynamics inside the house have always made headlines. Recently, the writer and actor of the film, Gangs of Wasseypur, Zeishan Quadri, got evicted from the show.

After elimination, just like the former contestants, Awez Darbar and Nagma Mirajkar, Zeishan too opened up about various buzz surrounding the Bigg Boss 19 housemates. In a recent interview, Zeishan reacted to the claims about Salman Khan being biased towards music composer, Amaal Mallik.

Zeishan Quadri reveals the truth behind the buzz around Salman Khan favouring Amaal Mallik

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Zeishan Quadri shared that Bigg Boss is a kind of battlefield filled with emotions. He explained that the twists and turns inside the house cannot be predicted, so if a contestant feels something unfair, it is part of the journey. Pointing out an episode, when Salman Khan scolded Amaal Maalik, the latter broke down in tears. Shutting down the rumours surrounding Salman Khan being biased to Amaal Maalik, Zeishan said:

"Bigg Boss is an emotional battlefield. No one knows when the game might take a turn. If any contestant feels something unfair is happening, it's part of the experience. But that doesn’t always mean there's bias. Didn’t you all see Amaal being grilled? When Salman sir came and scolded him, so much was said—but maybe a lot of it wasn’t even aired. He (Amaal) was in tears, he broke down. Why didn’t anyone speak then."

Zeishan Quadri opens up about how Bigg Boss narratives are being misunderstood

Refuting the biased claims surrounding Amaal Maalik and Salman Khan, Zeishan opened up about how Bigg Boss narratives get misjudged. He shared that people outside the house often built up false narratives. He mentioned that people think there has been a bully gang that includes Abhishek Bajaj and him. He questioned the audience whom did he bullied inside the Bigg Boss 19 house. He shared how Abhishek and Ashnoor Kaur felt bad about his nomination. In his words:

"Say, 'Even Abhishek (Bajaj) was at fault'? Outside, a narrative has taken shape that this is some kind of 'bully gang'. I was the leader of that so-called gang. I want to ask the audience—who did I bully, even within that group? Even the other group had respect for me. From Abhishek to Ashnoor, just two days after nominating me, they felt bad about it."

Zeishan explained that everything inside the house, teasing, joking, or forming groups, was part of the reality show and was not meant to hurt anyone. He added that while other contestants like Awez Darbar got a 'reality check' from guests such as Gauahar Khan, he never got that chance. In his words:

"From day one till the end, I’ve always said—everyone comes from good families, a group has formed, there’s fun going on. They tease me, and I tease them back. But that’s all part of the show. My only regret is that, unlike Awez Darbar, who got a reality check from Gauahar Khan, or others who were shown the true nature of fellow contestants, I didn’t get that moment."
