In recent years, the community of superbikes has grown significantly. However, the percentage of professional riders in India’s riding community is not impressive. We have seen many riders dying while trying to touch their respective bikes' top speed without formal training. Well, something similar has happened yet again. This time it was famous YouTuber, Agastya Chauhan, who died on April 29, 2023, after his superbike, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, crashed into a roadside barrier on the Yamuna Expressway.
The popular YouTuber, Agastya Chauhan has over 1.27 million subscribers on his YouTube channel and is one of the biggest YouTubers when it comes to moto vlogging in India. Agastya is also known by the name of his Instagram handle, which reads, “Pro Rider 1000”. On Instagram, the rider enjoyed a massive fanbase of 199K followers. Regarding Agastya's last Vlog on YouTube, Agastya’s video titled, “Cute Girls Reactions Shuru Hone Wale Hai Delhi Pahunch Gaya New Superbike ke Liye 279 Kmph” has reached 1.5 million views. The YouTuber was famous for owning the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, which is one of the world's most famous superbikes.

According to several media reports, Agastya Chauhan was travelling to Delhi from Agra. While riding on the Yamuna Expressway, the YouTuber attempted to touch his superbike, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R’s top speed, 300 km/h. Unfortunately, Agastya lost control of his superbike while attempting it and collided with a divider. The impact was such gruesome that Agastya died on the spot due to severe head injuries. The rider was wearing a helmet, but due to his high speed, even his helmet broke down into pieces, and straight injuries to the head resulted in his instant death on the spot. A video of the incident has been uploaded by famous YouTuber, Sourav Joshi on his YouTube video.

Talking about Agastya Chauhan’s superbike, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, it is one of the most popular bikes in the world. It is an incredibly-powerful bike and shouldn’t be handed to beginner riders at high speeds. Agastya’s Kawasaki Ninja was equipped with a 998cc engine and could generate a power of 197.3 Bhp at 13,000 rpm. On May 4, 2023, another YouTuber named, Dragger Z900 took to his YouTube channel and posted a video in which he shared that his friend and fellow rider, Agastya Chauhan, didn’t die because of over-speeding. In his YouTuber vlog, which is now getting viral on the internet, Dragger Z900 claimed that Agastya was hit from behind, which was how he lost control. However, he also added that Agastya was an excellent rider, and he didn’t lose control of his bike. The YouTuber also urged other moto vloggers to come forward and fight for justice.
