Apple TV+ revived the popular children’s show Yo Gabba Gabba! a few years ago. The first season premiered in 2024 with the new title, Yo Gabba Gabbaland! Following a gap of one year, the show is now returning with another season this month, on January 30, 2026.
The original series aired on Nickelodeon a long time ago, in 2007. After a successful run of four seasons, the show ended in 2015, with a confirmation from the network that Season 5 is not happening. The show featured segments that focused on music, drawing pictures, and other activities. Lance Robertson as 'DJ Lance Rock' was the main character alongside others like 'Muno,' 'Foofa,' 'Plex,' and more.

The revival on Apple TV+ witnessed a change in the host, where Kamryn Smith replaced Lance Robertson. With a few days left for the premiere of the second season, let’s check what is in store for the audience this time!

The show has always included live characters along with animated ones, bringing a new experience for the audience. The format is going to be the same this time. New characters are entering Season 2, with some popular faces like Billy Eichner, Tiffany Haddish, David Arquette, Brendan Hunt, and Jaime Camil.

Apart from them, others who would be a part of the show this time include Ziggy Marley, Still Woozy, Chicano Batman, Hemlocke Springs, and more. The characters that have been featured so far in the show feature Christian Jacobs, who also created the Nickelodeon show. Others include Amos Watene, Erin Pearce, Emma Penrose, and Adam Deibert.

Yo Gabba Gabbaland! Season 2 will not change anything that has been a common part of the franchise over the years. The segments are expected to witness a few changes by sticking to the educational purpose of the show. Music is specifically going to play an important role in all the episodes. Kamryn Smith is returning as the host this time. As mentioned, she would be accompanied by some new faces.

The official description of the show says that it aims to teach life lessons to the children and their families. This is achieved by taking them to a world where anything is possible, and they get to make new friends alongside learning what is needed without facing any kind of pressure. The characters that help in learning include 'Brobee,' 'Foofa,' 'Muno,' 'Toodee,' and 'Plex.'
While Yo Gabba Gabbaland! will retain a lot of things, it won’t follow the steps of other shows with a weekly release for each episode. Season 2 will include ten episodes, and all of them will arrive the same day on Apple TV+. The platform is accessible on any device. However, users need to opt for a free trial or purchase a subscription to watch the upcoming season.
