A source revealed to the publication that she didn't trust the people surrounding her father and didn't desire to be a part of any chaos ensuing after his death.

The insider shared that Brooke's only concern was about protecting her father from being taken advantage of. However, after constant disagreements, she contacted her financial manager and removed herself from his will. The Hogan Knows Best star wasn't concerned about money; she is reportedly at peace with not getting a share of Hulk's estate. However, she will get a small amount from a life insurance trust set up by her father, and she plans to use it for her children's future and college education. For those unaware, Brooke had named one of her twins after her father in January 2025, by giving her the middle name Gene after Hulk's real name.

Brooke Hogan and Hulk were once one of the most admired father-daughter duos in the industry, especially during the 2000s. They worked together in Hogan Knows Best and WWE. However, their bond allegedly fell apart after Hulk parted ways with his first wife and Brooke's mom, Linda, after a messy divorce in 2007. By 2023, Brooke didn't have contact with her father, Hulk, or her mother. The latter once shared that they weren't informed about her wedding or pregnancy. Sharing a statement about the reason for her decision, Brooke once wrote on Instagram:

"I have completely separate reasons for going no contact with each of my parents. No contact with my mom has nothing to do with my dad, and no contact with my father has nothing to do with my mother. This decision was made based purely on how they have each dealt with me my entire life."

It ensures that spouses get at least 30 percent of their partner's estate after their passing. Meanwhile, another report by The Bubba the Love Sponge Show claimed that Sky, who is 25 years younger than Hulk, locked down his estate within six hours of his passing. She has allegedly made important legal moves to protect his wealth, including his shares, music rights, real estate, and endorsements, which are a part of a trust allegedly accessible only to her. Although there is no confirmation about the news, it has left his children's claim on his wealth in legal uncertainty.
