After Matt-Colleen and Lydia and Milton, one more Love Is Blind pair, Alexa and Brennon, have become another couple to part ways in 2025. The couple, who were one of the biggest success stories on the show, have decided to separate after being married for four years and welcoming a daughter in 2024.

Alexa, 31, herself confirmed the news in a heartfelt Instagram statement, mentioning that they came to the decision "after much reflection and many heartfelt conversations." Despite their split, the duo is committed to raising their 16-month-old daughter, Vienna. Amid the news about their split, here is everything you might want to know about the possible cause behind their split.

Why have Alexa and Brennon decided to divorce?

Although neither Alexa nor Brennon shared any specific reason for his separation, their joint message hinted at possible emotional distance and basic differences, which gradually came to light in the past year. Alexa revealed that they decided to enter this relationship with love, and now they have mutually decided to part ways. Yet, their separation is reportedly rooted in their long-term compatibility issues rather than any significant conflict. As per TMZ, Brennon filed for divorce and there is no mention of prenup, insteadhe believesthey will divy up their estate. Notably, Alexa comes from a wealthy family and her dad had set expectations from Brennon to uphold his daughter's lifestyle. Sharing the news, Alexa penned: 

"We entered this relationship with love and optimism, and we leave it with gratitude."

According to US Weekly, the couple had been dealing with some challenges of new parenthood after their daughter's birth in 2024 and are trying to adjust to major life changes since then. Fans also noticed a decrease in both Alexa and Brennon's social media posts over the recent months. Yet, the couple continues to put forward a united front as co-parents. Moreover, their request for privacy suggests that they may intend to handle the change quietly, given the increased attention on their personal lives as one of the most famous couples on the show.

Alexa emphasised in her statement that both she and Brennon are committed to tackling their transition with compassion, especially for their daughter. The couple has asked fans to respect their privacy as they focus on moving ahead on different paths. But despite their individual journey, they will keep their daughter, Vienna, as their top priority. The announcement about their split comes months after fellow Season co-stars Colleen Reed and Matt Bolton also announced their separation, marking a high-profile breakup in the Love Is Blind community. 

Alexa and Brennon's love story on Love Is Blind Season 3

Alexa and Brennon first crossed paths in 2021 when they were filming Love Is Blind Season 3, which aired on Netflix in 2022. They developed an immediate connection after few pod dates before confirming they were not interested in anyone else. During the proposal, Brennon told Alexa that he was 'obsessed' and 'in love' with love. When they met face-to-face for the first time, Alexa said she was speechless and glad to meet him. 

The former couple tied the knot during the finale and later revealed the news when they had moved in together. Later, in a 2022 interview with US Weekly, Brennon admitted that he was head over heels in love with Alexa,, and in turn, she called him 'the best person' she had ever met. 

The couple announced their pregnancy in January 2024 after struggling to conceive. Later, Alexa shared that she was 'grateful' and was waiting to share the news. They welcomed their daughter, Vienna Ziva Lemieux, on July 31, 2024, and called her 'their perfect daughter' in a joint Instagram post. Subsequently, they continued to share family moments with her, including their Disney princess-themed Halloween costumes, weeks before the split.
