Majority of the speculations around Robert Irwin's personal life cropped up during the 20th anniversary celebration week on Dancing with the Stars 2025 when he performed with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness star, Xochitl Gomez. They not only impressed the judges with their performances, but even made fans wonder if they shared a bond beyond the ballroom. According to Cosmopolitan, Robert gushed over performing with her and said:

“Oh my gosh, we had the best time… she’s the best.” 

After a few days, DeuxMoi received a tip claiming the pair had been spotted together after rehearsals at Erewhon. It further fueled their dating rumours. However, neither Robert nor Xochitl ever confirmed or denied a romance. Neither there is any credible source to verify their alleged sighting. As of now, the rumoured connection is more of a speculation than a fact. Earlier when TMZ asked him about the rumours of him dating Xochitl, he walked away without giving any answer.

Is Robert Irwin dating Hailey Bills?

Robert Irwin has also been linked to Hailey Bills, a member of the DWTS troupe. Fans began to pay attention to her after Robert shared some rehearsal clips with Hailey on Instagram Stories with some captions interpreted by many as flirtatious. DeuxMoi later revealed that received an anonymous tip allegedly that Robert was seen “getting cosy with a brunette on set”, which promoted additional gossip. Still, just like Xochitl rumours, neither Robert nor Hailey publicly addressed these claims or suggested otherwise. However, without confirmation they remain just whispers. At this time, there is no verified information suggesting that Robert is dating anyone.

Amid all the other speculations, Robert Irwin remains unaffected and acknowledges the pressures that comes with dating someone in public life. During a conversation with The New York Times, he admitted that dating can be overwhelming especially in the era of social media. He mentioned how anything he does would potentially be on TikTok the next day. Yet, he does not intend to change who he is due to the pressure. In his words:

“I never change what I say, what I do, who I am one bit… It’s just me, and I stand by who I am.”
