Born on June 2, 1993, in Mumbai to Gautam Allahbadia and Swati Allahbadia, Ranveer attended Dhirubhai Ambani International School. After his schooling, he went on to pursue a Bachelor's in Engineering (B.E.) from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering in 2015. Unlike his parents, who hail from the medical field, as both of them are doctors, Ranveer chose a different path.
Ranveer Allahbadia faced a lot of health issues for being a chubby child. By the age of 16, he faced a lot of surgeries. This was one of the major reasons for him to adopt a healthy lifestyle. At the age of 17, he started drinking out of curiosity and later became a heavy drinker during his engineering years. At that particular time, Ranveer also underwent depression, which was the turning point of his life.
Dealing with health issues and depression made Ranveer start his YouTube channel, BeerBiceps, in 2015. The channel initially focussed on promoting fitness and mental well-being. Later, it was expanded to a wide range of topics like entrepreneurship, fashion, grooming, and mystery stories.

In 2019, Ranveer launched the podcast, The Ranveer Show, in which famous personalities talk about their success stories, inspiring millions. The show featured popular personalities such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Gary Vaynerchuk, Priyanka Chopra, Dr S Jaishankar, Kunal Shah, Glenn McGrath, Sadhguru, Vikram Sampath, Kareena Kapoor, and others. Rapidly, The Ranveer Show became India’s top-ranked podcast in 2020.
In 2018, Ranveer co-founded Monk Entertainment along with his friend. Monk-E specialises in content creation, social media management, digital talent management, and brand marketing. The company’s growth was rapid, and soon, it became a 35-member team based in Mumbai.
Monk-E currently manages and runs campaigns for leading brands like Nykaa, Sony Music, and Tinder. Apart from Monk-e, his other ventures include BigBrainco, Level Supermind and SkillHouse.
With time, Ranveer’s popularity grew, and he now manages seven YouTube Channels and has around 12 million subscribers across them. In 2021, Ranveer became India’s first independent creator to partner with Spotify. Ranveer is reportedly one of the richest YouTubers, with a staggering net worth of Rs. 60 crores.
Ranveer Allahbadia received several accolades for his digital content, including MTV’s IWM Youth Influencer of the Year 2019 and Cosmopolitan’s Best Fashion Influencer 2019. In 2021, he received the Warrior of Change Award from the Government of Maharashtra. In 2023, he bagged the Best YouTube Content of India Award. In 2024, Prime Minister, Narendra Modi presented Ranveer with the Disruptor of the Year award at the National Creators Award.
