Farrhana's alleged association with a person of that stature raised discussions of bias ahead of the BB19 finale.

The original Reddit poster shared screenshots showing Endemol Shine promoting Farrhana on its social media accounts. They also alleged that the Laila Majnu actress once told co-contestant Tanya Mittal that she was unfazed by Salman Khan's bashing during Weekend ka Vaar because, although she was being criticised on camera, she was always called into the confession room, where Bigg Boss explained things to her more nicely. They called Farrhana a 'nepo baby' because of allegedly being favoured by the showmakers. Farrhana's words to Tanya were quoted by the Reddit post as:

"Ye log mujhe bashing bhi kafte hain aur (Confession Room) bulake samjha bhi dete hain. Issliye in logon ne jo bhi bole mujhe farak nahi padta."

The controversy around Farrhana deepened due to her friendship with former Endemol creative director, Bhaskar Bhatt. Social media has been abuzz with allegations of bias and vote manipulation after fans noticed the connection between Farrhana and Bhaskar. Bhaskar Bhatt has reportedly been actively supporting her. Bhaskar also provided several interviews regarding Farrhana. Fans claimed that he and Farrhana's PR team were providing her with outside information while she was in the Bigg Boss house.
