The summers have reached their peak, and going out on weekends seems a distant dream as the sun is too harsh on all beings. But with OTT platforms and some amazing releases every weekend, the fun has only increased. Several fresh movies and web series are making their way on OTT platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Sony Liv. Here's a list of what's HAWT this weekend on OTT!
Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi's Bhool Chuk Maaf is directed by Karan Sharma, and it is a science fiction comedy film. The film will be streaming on Amazon Prime starting May 16, 2025. Earlier, it was set to hit the theatres on May 9, 2025, but it got delayed due to the India-Pakistan conflict and tensions on the western border. The film also features Sanjay Mishra, Zakir Hussain and Raghubir Yadav.
If you love musical drama, then Neil Nitin Mukesh's film, Hai Junoon! Dream. Dare. Dominate. is the one for you. It stars Jacqueline Fernandez as the protagonist. It is directed by Abhishek Sharma and will be streaming on JioHotstar. It is a story about passion, rivalry and finding yourself in a world full of expectations. The film is packed with high-energy performances, intense rivalries and some emotional moments.
If you are a K-Drama enthusiast, then this weekend you can binge watch on historical Korean drama, Dear Hongrang which featured actors Lee Jae-wook and Jo Bo-ah in the main lead. 'Jae-yi' is searching for her half-brother, 'Hong-rang' played by Jae-wook. However, after 12 years 'Hong-rang' returns, she find out more about the kind of man he is. The show is streaming on Netflix.
If you love animated series then Love, Death and Robots Volume 4 is the one for you. It consists of short films produced by different casts and crews. However, some episodes have some overlap, ther series title refers to each episode's theme and it is in connection with one or more of the three titular subjects.
