Marriage brings great responsibility and thus comes the stress to be perfect. Take out time for yourself; breathe in and out, enjoy the solo time, relax and pamper yourself. Explore and re-discover yourself by learning new and different things or for that matter, your hobby. Attend some short-term workshops like 2-day photography course or cake baking course or something you love doing in your spare time. The point here is to make yourself busy in something you really like and love to learn.
A woman’s identity is not defined just by motherhood, so don’t rush to motherhood. Take your time and understand the implications of having a child. Communicate with your spouse on who along with you will look after the children. Take stock of your finances, your dreams and your time before you make that decision.

When you feel strong, you feel more confident about yourself. Take out time to exercise regularly. It will not only keep you physically fit but will also make your mind healthy.
