The couple got married in 2017, and in 2021, they welcomed their little princess, Vamika. After three years, the couple again became parents, and this time, to a baby boy, Akaay. Virat and Anushka are protective of their kids, just like the way the parents, in general, are. Well, they always made sure that Akaay and Vamika remained away from the public light, and the couple has requested the shutterbugs not to click their kids' photos repeatedly.
It was a few days ago when a photo of a baby from the stands made rounds on social media, whom people misinterpreted to be Akaay. Meanwhile, another incident recently took place, as the doting father, Virat, seemingly lost his cool at the airport. Virat and Anushka were recently spotted at Melbourne Airport with their kids. If the reports are to be believed, Virat had a tense exchange with a journalist, as he thought his kids were being clicked. Kohli had stated that with his kids, he needs privacy and no one can click their photos without his consent. Virat reportedly said:
"With my kids I need some privacy, you can’t film without asking me."
An eyewitness mentioned that Virat Kohli lost his cool upon spotting the cameras, as he misunderstood that the shutterbugs were filming him with his kids, Vamika and Akaay. After a brief heated discussion, Kohli reportedly walked away and was stopped eventually, when the correspondents clarified that they were not recording the kids. Virat then reportedly shook his hands with the shutterbugs and walked away. The source claimed:
"It was upon seeing the waiting cameras that Kohli became a little heated over what is largely a misunderstanding when he thought the media was filming him with his children."
