Reportedly, Evian Natural Spring Water is sourced from the Évian-les-Bains region, near Lake Geneva, France. This region is famous for its filtration process, which is done through glacial sand formations. While not many details about Evian Natural Spring water are available, it seems to contain minerals, which Kohli and Anushka prefer in their diet and fitness routine. Apart from that, it also has a high pH level, which promotes health and immunity. Well, Evian also doesn't contaminate any kind of chemicals. Talking about its price, reportedly Evian Natural Spring water costs Rs. 4,000 per litre. Talking about other sources, in Amazon, a dozen 1-litre bottles of Evian cost Rs. 4,200, while a one-litre bottle costs Rs. 600.

Virat Kohli generally follows a high-protein vegan diet, and his meals consist of pan-grilled items made with olive oil, along with boiled and steamed items. Talking about his dinner time, Anushka Sharma once revealed that their entire family completes their dinner by 5.30 pm, and it actually promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Talking about his own diet, Virat Kohli, once in an interview, said that keeping it balanced is what works really good for him, including vitamins, additional hydration, protein, and everything, as when someone sorts out their fitness journey, the best way to do the same is to sort out all the stuff altogether. He also was asked about his devotion to his diet regimen. To this, he said that he doesn't have any issue following the same as he can eat the same thing thrice a day for six months.
