Vicky Kaushal Recalls Paparazzi Surrounded Their Wedding Venue For Photos, 'They Took Over...'

Vicky Kaushal is busy promoting his newly released film, Bad Newz. The actor, who has been receiving praise for his performance in the movie, often mentions how his wife, Katrina Kaif, has always supported him. Vicky and Katrina are one of the most admired couples in Bollywood, and they got married in a private ceremony. Recently, Vicky Kaushal sat down for an interview with Tanmay Bhat on his YouTube channel and shared some exciting details about his wedding celebrations. 

Vicky Kaushal recalls the media surrounding his wedding venue and climbing roofs 

Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif married at Senses Resort, Fort Barwara, Sawai Madhopur, in Rajasthan. They couple tied the knot on December 9, 2021, and no media was allowed. However, given the buzz around their wedding, the paparazzi attempted to get exclusive photos. Vicky shared that the media surrounded their wedding venue and climbed roofs in nearby villages to get some inside pictures of their wedding. He was quoted as saying: 

"All the paparazzi and the media that came had completely surrounded the venue and they even took over the terraces of the neighbouring village. They were trying to shoot everything with a telephoto lens."

Vicky shares a funny incident about how the first photos from his wedding were leaked 

Despite all the arrangements, the media managed to get some inside photos from Vicky and Katrina's wedding. But Vicky shared how things instead took a funny turn with it. The Sam Bahadur actor revealed that the first photo leaked from their wedding captured Katrina's brother, who was sunbathing in his trunks. In his words: 

"The first photo they got was of one of Katrina's brothers, who was visiting Rajasthan from the UK for the first time, sunbathing in trunks. Usse sur chhid gaya. Maine kaha ab ye set ho gaya. Yeh best hai."

Vicky shared a heartwarming post for Katrina on her Birthday

Recently, Katrina Kaif celebrated her 41st birthday on July 16, 2024. On the special occasion, Vicky shared unseen pictures with his wife that captured their adorable moments. At the same time, he wrote a sweet caption for Katrina to wish her on the big day. He penned: 

"Making memories with you is my favourite part of life. Happy Birthday my love!"
