However, as Vicky Kaushal recently made a solo appearance without Katrina Kaif, the doting husband won several hearts with his polite response to the paparazzi about his better half’s absence.
On July 5, 2024, some of the most A-list names from Bollywood marked their attendance at the gala sangeet bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, hosted at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai. Amid many other married jodis from Tinseltown, it was Vicky Kaushal who made a solo appearance, without his better half, Katrina Kaif. The actor looked dashing in a black-hued glittery and heavily sequinned sherwani, that featured floral embroidery motifs. While posing for the paparazzi, Vicky was questioned by them about Katrina’s absence. In response, the actor’s polite reason left everyone awestruck. He said:

Moreover, in an inside video from Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's sangeet night, Vicky Kaushal can be seen grooving to the tunes of his wife, Katrina Kaif's iconic song, Kaala Chashma. Well, as Shehnaaz Gill sang an impromptu rendition of the dance track, Vicky was seen blushing hard, while matching his steps.

In yet another incidence, Katrina Kaif’s pregnancy rumours got fuelled again, after she dropped a heartfelt wish for her husband, Vicky Kaushal’s birthday. Back on May 16, 2024, Vicky turned a year older and Katrina shared portraits of her husband on her social media. However, the diva ditched lengthy captions and simply dropped three hearts and three birthday cake emojis to express her feelings. Eagle-eyed netizens were quick to notice the ‘three’ factor in her post and expressed if it indicated to their pregnancy.
