Urwa Hocane And Farhan Saeed Open Up About Their Split, 'Our Situation Was Pretty Open...'

Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed are one of the most loved couples in Pakistan's entertainment industry. Fans have always admired their mutual respect, strong bond and dreamy love story. However, the couple's happy paradise came into trouble in 2020, and their separation rumours made headlines. Urwa and Farhan maintained their silence over the issue and gave a happy surprise to fans by reconciling. Still, people have always been curious about what went behind the scenes. In a recent interview, the couple broke their silence on the same. 

Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed recall their separation 

Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed met through a common friend and got married in 2016 after the success of their drama, Udaari. However, by 2020, multiple media reports suggested their marriage had hit the rock. The couple brushed off the rumours back then, but Urwa and Farhan opened up about that phase of life in a recent interview with a local publication. Farhan said: 

"Our situation was pretty open in front of everyone, but one thing that went really right was that we never did or said anything to harm each other."

Farhan added that despite facing troubles in their bond, they never harmed or spoke anything ill about each other in the media or among friends. He believes mutual respect has been the most important aspect of their marriage, and the worst part is when a partner talks about the other behind their back. Urwa agreed and revealed that the shared respect eventually helped them find their way back together. In her words: 

"Despite the struggles, we respected each other and that led to our reconciliation."

Urwa Hocane and Farhan Saeed's bond made headlines during his SIL, Mawra's wedding 

Urwa Hocane's sister, Mawra Hocane, recently tied the knot with Ameer Gilani. Amid other things, Urwa and Farhan's bond gained the limelight. They fulfilled all their family duties, played great hosts, danced together, and Farhan even gave a special performance for her. Particularly, a video from the walima ceremony showcased the couple dancing together amid loud cheers from the guests, which became a highlight of the evening. They also shared several emotional moments with Mawra.

Urwa Hocane made her film debut with, Na Maloom Afraad in 2014. She went on to star in Na Maloom Afraad 2, Rangreza, Tich Button, Udaari and more. On the other hand, Farhan began his career in singing with the band, Jal and made his acting debut with, De Ijazat Jo Tu in 2014. He worked in films and series like Suno Chanda, Mere Humsafar Jhok Sarkar, etc. Urwa and Farhan tied the knot on December 16, 2017, and welcomed their first child, a daughter, Jahan Aara Saeed, on January 3, 2024. Although, the couple don't speak much about their bond in the media, their instagram photos together showcases the duo's happiness.
