Lucknow girl, Urfi Javed had made it to the headlines with her participation in the reality show, Bigg Boss OTT. Though the Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2 actress looked like a strong contestant in the house, Urfi's stay inside the BB OTT house was just for one week, and Urfi was evicted from the reality show. Her partner on the show, Zeeshan Khan, had chosen Divya Agarwal as his partner, and as per the format of the show, she was evicted.
Though after her eviction from the Bigg Boss OTT house, Urfi Javed has given a lot of shocking interviews, it was a recent interview that is making it to the headlines this time. Urfi talked about her pictures getting leaked on an adult website and how her relatives cornered her after the incident.

In an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Urfi opened up on her father torturing her when her pictures were uploaded on an adult site and shared that she had no idea from where it had got leaked as she was in her eleventh grade. She said, "I was not even in college, I was in the eleventh standard. It was tough because I didn't have my family's support. My family blamed me, I was victim-blamed."
Going further in the interview, Urfi also shared that the incident had led her relatives to call her a porn star and her father had abused her physically and mentally. Stating the same, she said, "My relatives went so far as to call me a porn star. They wanted me to check my bank account, expecting to find crores. My father was physically and mentally abusive, and that torture lasted two years."

Urfi Javed added that her experience was so horrific that she had even forgotten her name after what she had gone through. She told the host, "I couldn't remember my own name; people said such nasty things about me. No girl should go through what I went through. "
However, it was the experience that had made Urfi Javed realise that she has a voice of her own. She said, "Even when my father victim-blamed me, I was not allowed to say anything, all I could do was suffer their torture, I was always told that girls don't have a voice, that only men are allowed to make decisions. I didn't know I had a voice, but when I left my house, it took me so long just to survive. Now, my personality is coming out and I'm not going to stop."

Urfi is also well-know for her role of 'Bella Kapoor' in the television show, Bepannaah.
