Uorfi Javed Shares Face Transformation After Lip Filler Removal And Swelling, 'All The Trolling...'

Uorfi Javed is known for her unique fashion picks and not worrying about people's opinions. When she first started making appearances in her self-designed outfits, many people from Bollywood were present, who criticised her for over-exposing in the name of fashion. But Uorfi never cared. Instead, she kept following her heart's calling, and big names like Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla collaborated with her. Later, in 2025, she won the biggest reality show, The Traitors. Amidst it, she has been open about her cosmetic treatments and getting fillers on her face. 

Uorfi Javed's transformation post-removal of lip fillers

On July 24, 2025, Uorfi took to her Instagram handle and posted a video and pictures of her face transformation after the removal of lip fillers. Her face got swollen after the removal process. But the moment Uorfi shared glimpses of her real face, the internet went berserk as she looked more gorgeous and pretty without the fillers. The Traitors winner was dressed up in an off-shoulder, gingham blue-hued skater dress, and looked like a little doll. 

Along with it, Uorfi penned a note and took a dig at the trolls who made fun of her swollen face. She admitted that she had the laugh of her life seeing it. She also expressed that she is not used to seeing her face without lip fillers. She wrote:

"All the trolling and the memes , honestly I had a good laugh !Here you go this is my face without the fillers or swelling now, not used to seeing my face or lips like that, I’ve used a lip plumper here."

Soon, her post was flooded with comments, Anshula Kapoor, who was with her in the reality show, The Traitors, wrote, "Beaut!." Divya Agarwal commented, "You are beautiful." Jasmin Bhasin's comment was cute as she used the blue evil eye removal emoji and wrote, "Beautiful beautiful." A netizen penned, "The fact that she is doing all this infront of our eyes guts."

For the unversed, Uorfi took to her Instagram handle and posted a video of her lip filler dissolving treatment. It looked extremely painful, as in the clip, a needle was injected into the softest areas on her face, and the liquid was extracted. By the end of the video, her face looked extremely puffy, and her lips swelled up. In the video, Uorfi revealed that her fillers were misplaced, so she decided to get her laugh lines and lip fillers dissolved. She was heard saying in the video:

"Oh my god, it was so painful. End tak aate aate meri bht buri halat ho gayi thi."

Uorfi promised that she would share her end result of the lip-filler dissolvement appointment. Soon netizens flooded her comments section. One user wrote, "You are beautiful anyways but still you want all these fillers, why urfi why Tum sundar ho already." Another commented, "Oops, so sorry to hear that. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Also, I really think we should embrace and promote natural beauty instead of layering things up."
