Tulsi Kumar Dua, better known as Tulsi Kumar, is one of India's most loved and famous singers. The incredibly talented singer was born in Mumbai on March 15, 1986, to her parents, Gulshan Kumar and Sudesh Kumari. For the unversed, Gulshan Kumar is still remembered as one of the most prominent businessmen ever lived in India. He founded Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited, which is still doing business with the brand name, T-Series.
The iconic businessman and music producer founded the company right from scratch back on July 11, 1983. After achieving tremendous success, he soon started getting a lot of threats from the underworld. Despite many warnings from the underworld, Gulshan Kumar denied paying 'protection money' and wasn't too concerned about their reaction as he had full faith in Mumbai police.

The assailants shot 16 rounds of fire at Gulshan Kumar in a crowded place, leaving an entire nation absolutely stunned in fear. When the iconic businessman was shot dead, his son, Bhushan Kumar was 20 years old, while his daughters, Tulsi Kumar and Khushalii were just 11 and 8-years-old respectively.
It was harrowing for all three kids to grow up without their father, Gulshan Kumar after he was killed in such a brutal manner. However, the way Bhushan Kumar, Tulsi Kumar and Khushalii Kumar have succeeded in their respective journeys is just way too commendable. While Bhushan is taking T-Series to further heights, Khushalli has made a mark in the industry with her acting. However, it is Tulsi Kumar, who has become one of the best female singers in the country.
