Tony's voice was also a part of Elena of Avalor and The Muppets. According to reports, the late star lent his voice to Disney's live-action film, Beauty and the Beast. Tony Germano passed away at the age of 55 after succumbing to his injuries from a fall at his home in Brazil. Local outlets reported that Tony was inspecting the renovations underway when he slipped and fell from the roof of his home. The late actor's representative shared a statement with People about his death and announced Tony's passing on November 26, 2025. The statement read:
“It is with deep sorrow that we confirm the passing of actor and voice artist Tony Germano on the morning of Wednesday, November 26. Tony suffered a fall at his residence and, unfortunately, did not survive his injuries. We kindly ask for respect and understanding during this painful time for his family, friends, and colleagues. Tony leaves behind a legacy of dedication, generosity and immense talent that touched everyone who had the privilege of working with him. His absence will be deeply felt."

Tributes pour in amid Tony Germano's death at 55
Tony Germano was laid to rest on November 27, 2025, at the Bosque da Paz Cemetery. Colleagues have expressed their condolences over the shocking death of the Netflix star. Actor, Miguel Falabella shared an emotional note on Tony's passing in Portuguese that translated to English read:
"Tony Germano says goodbye to this plan under the strong applause of his peers. An untouchable professional, a dear friend, a gifted actor, I have had the privilege of working alongside him in a few productions, such as Annie and the Man de la Mancha among others. Duty accomplished my dear. A kiss in the heart.”
