Tere Ishk Mein, the spiritual sequel to the hit film, Raanjhanaa, is all set to hit the big screens tomorrow, on November 28, 2025. The story hits hard after 'Shankar' and 'Mukti's' breakup. The story features 'Shankar's' emotional turmoil, dealing with both his father’s death and his ugly breakup. After returning from his father's funeral, a furious and heartbroken, 'Shankar' reached the venue, where his estranged girlfriend, 'Mukti's' wedding rituals were taking place. He poured Ganga jal on her during her haldi, and cursed her.

What is the budget and advance booking collection of Tere Ishk Mein?

According to a report by Republic Bharat, the budget of Dhanush and Kriti Sanon starrer is between Rs. 70 and Rs. 100 crores. Now, as per Sacnik, the film has sold 177,331 tickets and collected Rs. 4.13 crore. With block seats, Tere Ishk Mein has earned Rs. 7.64 crore.

What to expect in the film, Tere Ishk Mein?

While many are assuming Tere Ishk Mein to be a continuation of the heartbreaking tale, Raanjhanaa, it is not. According to filmmaker, Aanand L Rai, both of the stories belong to the same world. The two movies are tragedies. He clearly mentioned that Tere Ishk Mein and Raanjhanaa are two different stories. Aanand, in an interview with ANI, shared what to expect in the movie, Tere Ishk Mein. He was quoted as saying:

"It is from the world of Raanjhanaa, but is it Raanjhanaa 2? No, it is not. When I say the world of Raanjhanaa, I’m talking from the maker's perspective, that I’m spending on the emotions that were there in Raanjhanaa. Similarly, both are tragedies, and both have anger and rage. Love stories are layered; it is not a straight man-woman thing. That’s why I say it is from the world of Raanjhanaa, as it has got both. But both are different stories."
