Tejasswi Prakash is one of the highest-paid actresses in the television world. The gorgeous actress began her career back in 2012, and since then, she never had to look back. Currently, Tejasswi is on the show, Celebrity MasterChef and has been leaving everyone in awe of her cooking skills. Being a part of the glamour world has been receiving limitless trolling, and Tejasswi was no exception. She had to face a fair share of criticism and rather body-shaming. In a recent interview, she talked about the same.

Tejasswi Prakash talks about people body-shaming her for her chubby face and thin body

In a recent interview with Humans Of Bombay, Tejasswi Prakash talked about the body-shaming she had to face. The actress shared that she has always been on the thin side, and it's strange how people think it to be okay to comment on someone's weight. She mentioned that her body type is a bit different and she has a chubby face and thin body, and thus, she has to listen to several comments like 'football face'.

In the same interview, Tejasswi Prakash stated that she isn't sure about the fact that she could change her face, and thus, rather than taking hate comments to her heart, she has decided to take it positively and work on herself by increasing her protein intake or doing facial yoga. Tejasswi can be quoted as saying:

"I've had a weird body type, with a thin body and a chubby face. People would get confused and make comments like 'football face.' Even now, I have a chubby face, and I'm not sure I can change it. But I don't take comments negatively; instead, I think about making positive changes, like increasing my protein intake or doing face yoga."

Tejasswi Prakash talks about working on herself by taking constructive criticism in a positive way

Tejasswi Prakash mentioned that she's not completely oblivious to the comments, but she tries to ensure that the harsh comments don't affect her. She also added that if she agrees with the feedback, she works on herself while believing that there should be a balance between body positivity and self-improvement. She concluded by saying that people should take constructive criticism in a positive way and try to work on themselves rather than being affected by the same. Tejasswi said:

"I'm not completely oblivious to comments, but I don't let harsh ones affect me. If I agree with the feedback, I work on it. I believe in finding a balance between body positivity and self-improvement. You need to take constructive feedback seriously and work on yourself, she concluded."

Tejasswi Prakash earlier talked about being criticised for her weight

Earlier talking to TOI, Tejasswi Prakash talked about people commenting on her weight. She said that when she was way too thin, people would comment on her body type, and she would be angry, thinking that she should spend money to look good. Well, it was her mother who told her that if she is affected by someone they should be the ones who love her and whose opinion matters to her. She stated that her parents love her for the way she is and her beau, Karan also likes her for being a ladoo, and thus, she wouldn't fall for any kind of hate comments, who thinks that if someone has typical, perfect, hourglass shape body that's only perfect.
