Taylor Sheridan's wife, Nicole Muirbrook, is a former model who collaborated with Vogue and Marie Claire during her modelling years. Nicole never wanted to be a model and was rather tomboyish, refusing to comb her hair, as she revealed to Cowboy Magazine. It was her mom, a former Miss America runner-up, who asked her to try at least once for the modelling opportunity, which she got after being scouted at a mall in Salt Lake City, Utah (where she grew up), by an agent from NEXT. Well, she worked as a model for some years and has been to Milan, Italy, and Miami throughout her modelling career. After she moved to LA, she also tried her hand at acting and landed roles in How I Met Your Mother and Dark Blue.

Apart from being a model, Nicole Muirbrook is also a cowgirl. In her childhood, she stayed with her grandparents and grew up while riding horses on a ranch. She, even today, rides horses and even competes. In 2020, Nicole took part in Careity Foundation’s Celebrity Cutting competition and won the same, which helped her to win her first buckle and raise money for cancer research. Taylor Sheridan and Nicole Muirbrooke's meeting was a clear-cut destiny call. When Nicole moved to LA in her early 20s, she wanted to learn acting from a coach. Coincidentally, she then met Taylor Sheridan, who was then featured in Sons of Anarchy and was also teaching acting classes. Well, the duo eventually met and started dating. They were back then living in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley, and in an interview with Cowgirl Magazine, Nicole said that back then, they were just hustling. She stated that their goal was to make enough money to pay rent or mortgage. Sharing that they were starving, Nicole said:

"At the time it was like ‘let’s just make enough to pay a mortgage or rent or food.’  We were literally starving. That’s when Taylor started writing, and two years later, we were at the Oscars ... I still can’t believe it."

Gus lives in Texas, Ranch, and talking about the same and leaving acting and L.A., Taylor once told Austin American-Statesman that he never wanted to raise his son in L.A., as he didn't want to tell him that he couldn't join a game just because he had an audition. He could be quoted as saying:

"I didn’t want to raise my son in LA and I didn’t want to have to look him in the eye and tell him I couldn’t take him to a baseball game because I had an audition for a Windex commercial."

In yet another interview with Cowgirl Magazine, Nicole Muirbrooke said that their son, Gus, just loves the ranch life in Texas. She mentioned that their son is never on his phone and spends his spare time roller-skating, fishing, and even taking out his dogs. In a word, Nicole and Sheridan are proud parents of their son, Gus, and they live a peaceful life, often sharing glimpses on their social media handle.

Nicole and Taylor were initially residing in Utah, until he, one day, expressed his wish to his wife about moving to Texas. For the unversed, Nicole and Taylor own to ranches in Texas, the Bosque Ranch and the historic 6666 Ranch.
