Tanushree Dutta Shares 'Bollywood Mafia Gang' Wants To Kill Her Like Sushant, 'I Fear For My Life..'

Former actress, Tanushree Dutta, is well known for her films Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Dhol, Bhagam Bhag, among others. However, in 2018, she made some serious allegations of sexual harassment against veteran actor, Nana Patekar and also played a key role in the #MeToo movement in Bollywood in the same year. Recently, the former actress shared an emotional video of herself and stated that she has been harassed in her own house. In a recent interview, Tanushree also talked about the same and claimed how a larger conspiracy has been going on to kill her.

In a recent interview with News18, Tanushree Dutta opened up about the harassment she has been facing in her own house for years. She also claimed that a larger conspiracy has been going on to kill her, just like late actor, Sushant Singh Rajput. Tanushree labelled the ongoing conspiracy as being orchestrated by a Bollywood mafia gang. She shared how there were attempts to kill her. In her words:

"Just like Sushant Singh Rajput, there are attempts being made to kill me. I urge the government to provide me with security. This mafia is huge and dangerous, and I fear for my life just like Sushant must have."

Tanushree Dutta shares that she has been followed ever since she spoke against Nana Patekar

In the same interview, Tanushree shared that ever since she spoke against Nana Patekar and accused him of sexual harassment, she has been followed and harassed. She expressed that she doesn’t want to continue her old #MeToo case and intends to go to the police station regarding her current situation. She also requested the authorities to take up this case as a fresh one, and not consider it as the continuation of her old #MeToo case. She was quoted as saying:

"I’ve been followed constantly. I’ve been harassed. A maid was planted in my house to spy on me. I will file a complaint tomorrow at the police station. I request the authorities not to treat this as a continuation of my previous case but to look at this with a fresh perspective and help me get justice. Ever since I spoke up against Nana Patekar, I’ve been followed wherever I go. My career has been destroyed."

On July 22, 2025, Tanushree took to her official Instagram handle and shared an emotional video of herself, which has shocked everyone. In the video, the former actress shared her ordeal, while she was seen crying hysterically. Tanushree stated that she has been facing harassment for the past 4-5 years. In her words:

"Guys, I am being harassed in my own home. Mujhe mere he ghar mein pareshaan kiya ja raha hai. I am not keeping well. Mujhe itna pareshaan kiya gaya hai pichle 4-5 saalo me ki meri tabyet kharab ho gayi hai. I am not able to do anything; my house is a mess. I cannot even hire maids because they planted maids in my house...I had such bad experiences with maids, coming in and stealing and doing all kinds of things."
