And now, in a recent interview. Tamannaah spoke about one of the hardest emotional traumas that she has been through.

Tamannaah Bhatia recalls facing some hard times with her dad falling fatally ill

In a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Tamannaah Bhatia opened up on some unheard anecdotes from her personal life. The diva spoke about going through some emotionally traumatising moments in her life, when her dad fell severely ill. Calling it one of the lowest phases of her life, Tamannaah mentioned that her life changed completely when she saw her father, being the strongest person in her life, become so vulnerable at one point. In her words:

“Me and my dad were actually on a plane and he had an umbilical hernia that got strangulated. He had to be rushed to hospital and get the operation done. That night was very scary for me because I had never seen the strongest person in my life looking vulnerable and feeling. I dealt with the situation and did whatever I needed to at the hospital.”

Tamannaah reveals having not learnt how to process grief and emotional turmoil at the right time

Speaking more about her father’s severe illness, Tamannaah mentioned that the sudden episode in her life made her aware of the importance of processing and dealing with grief at the right time. She elaborated that back at that time, she did not do either of it, which ended up making her sick with anxiety during her work. She mentioned:

“But I think I made the mistake of not processing it and just going back to work. I even fell sick on the sets. The only thing that I learned from that experience is that fear and anxiety if not expressed, the repression of that can lead to it physically manifesting itself. For some people mentally manifesting as well. So it’s important is to let it out and experience it and fully process it.”

Well, Tamannaah Bhatia and her beau, Vijay Varma have been hitting the headlines ever since they admitted their relationship in the public eye. Speaking along the same lines, Tamannaah, in one of her previous interviews with News18, spoke about her views on getting married.
