Legendary actor Govinda's son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, is all set to follow his dad's footsteps. Yes! You read that right. Yashwardhan is ready to make his Bollywood debut, reportedly in a love story directed by Sai Rajesh. He is a national award-winning director. Now, Govinda's wife, Sunita revealed if their kids, Tina and Yashvardhan listen to their dad's advice on the workfront.
Yashvardhan Ahuja may be under a lot of pressure to carry on the legacy of his dad, Govinda. Cinema lovers would be excited to see him on the big screen. The question arises is do Govinda's kids take professional tips from him? During an interview with Hindi Rush, Sunita revealed that her son, Yashvardhan, does not follow the advice given to him by his father. Sunita said:
"Nobody listens to Govinda's advice because it's stuck in the 90s. I give advice suited to 2024. We keep telling Govinda to move on from the 90s."
A source close to Pinkvilla revealed that Yashvardhan's debut film is untitled and is reportedly a love story. It would bring the second generation of Govinda to the big screen. Madhu Mantena will produce the movie with Allu Aravind and SKN Films. The movie will showcase a unique blend of storytelling, offering a rich cinematic experience.
Govinda was one of the top stars of the 90's. He had collaborated with Varun Dhawan's dad, David in hit movies like Saajan Chale Sasural, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Hero No 1 , and Raja Babu . Reportedly, after doing 18 movies together, their partnership fell off, and Sunita, going ahead in the interview, blamed negative influences for his relationship falling flat. Sunita added:
"I always say David is like my father. Back then, actors used to have a lot of 'chamchas', and they would create misunderstandings. People became jealous seeing the partnership between David and Govinda. When you surround yourself with negative people, you 're bound to absorb their negativity.'
Sunita Ahuja also defended David Dhawan and said that he had not given any wrong advice to the legendary actor, but had told him to change with the times. Sunita revealed David said that in the 90s, solo-hero films worked, but that's no longer the case. Rarely do they succeed. David suggested that Govinda take up second-lead roles, but not insignificant ones. After all, he played a second lead in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan , and that wasn't a bad choice. But people around Govinda would provoke him by telling:

"You're the hero." It makes me angry to see how these things happened. The people in Govinda's circle weren't good; they instigated him against David Dhawan."
It was on The Great Indian Kapil Show that Govinda had announced doing three movies. Sunita said that she would like to hold her opinions until and unless she does not hear more about the projects. Sunita revealed that whether she likes something or not, she says it to his face and does not do chamchagiri with the actor.
