Sunidhi Chauhan has time and again been compared with her close contemporary, Shreya Ghoshal. While the duo had started off their career parallelly, they never really turned cold towards one another. In fact, even today, they are close friends, and have sung a number of songs together for a few films. Previously, while speaking with Bollywood Bubble, Sunidhi addressed the unnecessary comparisons being made between her and Shreya. In her words:
“That’s exactly what we are doing. Not just Shreya, there are so many other singers. Shilpa Rao, Shalmali (Kholgade), Niti (Mohan)… you have to look at us when we meet. It's a party. We love meeting each other. We chat, we crack up. We're just here for the music, and the love for it, purely.”
