Ssara Khan's Pahadi Wedding Rituals Begins With 'Shagun Ki Haldi', Bride Glows In Yellow Lehenga

Famous television actress, Ssara Khan had a cout marriage on October 6, 2025. She rose to fame with the show, Bidaai. Later, she made headlines as part of Bigg Boss season 4. Ssara Khan found her Mr. Right in Krish Pathak, who is Ramayan actor, Sunil Lahri's son. The two have been dating for over a year. Now, after months of her registered court wedding. The actress is getting married as per pahadi and Muslim rituals. 

Ssara Khan's haldi ceremony

Ssara's wedding rituals began with shagun ki haldi. For the ceremony, Ssara wore a beautiful yellow-hued lehenga with a full-sleeve blouse and a chiffon dupatta. She accessorised her look with a floral maang teeka, neckpiece, and matching earrings. She kept her makeup dewy, and her hair was tied in a bauble braid with parandi

In the video, we can see Ssara and her groom, Krish, sitting inside a flower-shaped area, and their friends, family, and colleagues were putting haldi on them. It was a wholesome moment, and fans loved Ssara's glow as a bride. The groom was dressed in a yellow-hued kurta with white pants perfect for the occasion.

Ssara Khan on her interfaith marriage

After her court wedding, Ssara shared a video and addressed the trolling around her wedding. She revealed that she and her husband belong to different culture but they believe that both their relationship teach love. She revealed that their families taught them to respect others first and not hurt anyone with words, slamming those who trolled her. She added that they do not need anyone's approval, and no one should comment on her religion and her god. She said:

"Please learn that any religion does not teach you to put down any other religion or beliefs or disrespect anyone. We are sharing our marital status with our well-wishers and not asking for anyone’s approval because we already have the approval of our families and the law. Any relation with my God is mine, completely mine. No one has any right to comment between me and my God. No religion teaches you to say bad words or interfere in someone’s life."

Ssara concluded her video by confirming that she and her husband, Krish, are going to get married as per nikah and a pahadi wedding with proper pheras. For the unversed, in October 2025, Ssara and Krish registered their wedding in a court ceremony. Ssara shared the happy news with her fans. Along with it, she wrote:

It is worth mentioning that Ssara was previously married to actor, Ali Merchant inside Bigg Boss 4. While their wedding made a huge buzz, the couple parted ways after coming out of the show. They divorced each other in 2011. After which, Ssara dated Shantanu, who wasn't from the entertainment background. The two parted ways after a few years.
