Former BCCI president, Sourav Ganguly is happily married to his ladylove, Dona Roy, who was his childhood sweetheart. Sourav and Dona tied the knot on February 1, 1997, in a formal wedding. Later, they were blessed with a baby girl, Sana, on November 3, 2001. Fast forward to today, Sana has graduated, and her proud parents are beaming with excitement on the occasion.
On September 6, 2023, taking to his IG handle, Sourav Ganguly shared a sneak peek into his daughter, Sana's graduation ceremony. In one of the glimpses, the proud daddy can be seen posing for the lens with his baby girl and wife, Dona. In yet another glimpse, we can also witness the moment when Sana received her degree on the stage. Sharing the pictures, he penned:

"Graduation day .. first step of her life which she will remember for ever .."

For her graduation ceremony, Sana opted for a red-hued pantsuit and made a style statement. Her outfit featured a well-fitted coat paired with flared pants. Leaving her tresses open, Sana styled her look with pointed ballerinas. It was indeed a heartwarming vision to see how beautifully Sana has grown up and groomed over the years. The star kid was also spotted wearing her graduation hat and coat while holding her degree in her hand.

For quite some time now, rumours about Sourav Ganguly's biopic have been circulating in the media. However, there has been no confirmation about the same. Recently, in an interview with the ETimes, Sourav's wife, Dona Ganguly was asked to reveal the name of the actor who would be the best option for playing the on-screen role of her husband in his biopic. Responding to it, Dona revealed that though Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan are her favourite actors, they wouldn't be the perfect fit for playing a 24-year-old version of Sourav. She later added that she is hopeful that the producers and directors would find a suitable match on their own.

Former Team India skipper and current BCCI head, Sourav Ganguly belongs to a simple and conservative Bengali family. Also known as the 'Prince of Kolkata', Sourav Ganguly is adored by millions of cricket lovers across the world. Though he retired from international cricket in 2008, he kept himself connected to the game by donning hats as a cricket administrator, commentator, analyst, show host, and much more. Sourav is still one of the most respected and admirable figures in the world of cricket and his contribution to Indian cricket is commendable.
