For the occasion, Neha wore a light green sleeveless kurta with an off white palazzo and a matching dupatta. She accentuated her look wearing jhumkas and oxidised bangles. Sonu donned a white long-sleeved V-neck top with white pants. She completed her look wearing emerald earrings and a layered pearl necklace. Tony kept it casual and looked handsome in a loose-fitting, long-sleeved white shirt with grey trousers. Sharing the pictures, Tony wrote:

"Happy Raksha Bandhan to you all."

When Sonu Kakkar joined Neha and Tony to celebrate their parents’ wedding anniversary after the fallout

On May 18, 2025, Neha Kakkar took to her Instagram handle and shared pictures from her parents' anniversary celebration. However, what stole the spotlight was Sonu’s presence at the occasion. It was a sweet reunion of the Kakkar siblings, as Sonu happily posed alongside Tony, Neha and their parents. Although, she appeared in a few family pictures, it sparked hope among fans that the emotional rift among the siblings might have healed or they might have just kept it aside for the sake of their parents. Neha captioned the post as, "What a night!!!!!" In turn, Sonu Kakkar commented on the post by writing "indeed" followed by a love-filled emoji, fueling speculation that she has reconciled the ties with Tony and Neha.

On April 12, 2025, Sonu Kakkar left everyone in shock with her sudden announcement that she was no longer Neha and Tony's sister. The singer took to her social media accounts and announced that she was severing all ties with her siblings. While she gave no explanation for why she took such a drastic step, fans assumed many reasons for their fallout. Fans pointed out Sonu’s absence at Tony’s birthday on April 9, 2025. Sonu Kakkar wrote a short note, revealing that she was extremely devastated to inform her fans that she was no longer Neha and Tony's sister. She mentioned that she had not come to make this decision easily and had come to it from a deep place of emotional pain. She deleted the post within hours. She concluded the heartfelt note by stating that she was extremely disheartened and penned:

"Deeply devastated to inform you all that I am no longer a sister to the two talented superstars, Tony Kakkar and Neha Kakkar. This decision comes from a place of deep emotional pain, and I am truly disheartened today."
