Sonam Kapoor Ahuja Shows Off Her Baby Bump, Confirms Second Pregnancy In A Beautiful Pink Ensemble

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has been in the headlines for her alleged second pregnancy for a while now. However, there had been no confirmation, up until now. The actress has finally given fans the news they've been waiting to hear, confirming that she and her husband, Anand Ahuja, are expecting their second child.

Bollywood fashionista, Sonam Kapoor has announced that she is going to become a mom for the second time. The actress has done this in the most fashionable way possible by posting a series of pictures in a striking hot-pink pure wool suit that features oversized padded shoulders and a softly curved shoulder line. In the pictures, Sonam can be seen cradling her baby bump. However, it was the caption that confirmed the news for the fans. 

Sonam Kapoor shared a series of pictures posing in the beautiful pink attire. The contrast between pink, black, and gold added stars to her already glowing self. Instead of the usual adorable announcements that make our hearts melt, Sonam went full boss-lady and channelled her inner diva. She simply captioned the post as: 

"MOTHER."

Sonam Kapoor married businessman, Anand Ahuja in a grand ceremony in May 2018 after several years of dating. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Vayu, in August 2022. The actress and her little family shifted bases to London after the birth of their little one. However, the actress began making headlines in October 2025 with reports of her second pregnancy, suggesting she was in her second trimester.

Sonam Kapoor was set to headline the film adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's novel, Battle for Bittora. However, the project has been stalled for years. Produced by her sister Rhea Kapoor, the film was designed to blend romance and politics, with Sonam cast as an aspiring politician opposite Fawad Khan.
