Sonakshi Sinha is finally making all the rumours about her dating Zaheer Iqbal come true, as she is all set to get married to him. While the couple has yet not accepted their wedding news, reports about their wedding card and event have been making rounds on the internet. Amidst it, reports claimed that her father, Shtrughan Sinha and her brother, Luv Sinha, are not happy with her choice. In fact, Luv's cryptic notes on his social media have been working as fuel to lit up the fire.
Now, Luv, who must be aware of the murmurs around the changed family equation amidst Sonakshi's wedding, clarified his stance. While he didn't react to his sister's wedding, he made it loud and clear that he has not been sharing any 'cryptic messages'. Further in his note on X, Luv stated that if he needs to say something, then he would say it clearly. He wrote:
"Dear friends in the media. I don’t post cryptic messages. When I have to say something I’ll clearly say it."

According to reports, Sonakshi and Zaheer will get married in an intimate ceremony on June 23, 2024. Only close family and friends of the couple will attend the celebration. As soon as the news of the marriage was circulated online, her brother, Luv Sinha, denied his involvement, which made many think that Sonakshi's family was not happy with her decision. In an interaction with The Times Of India, Luv revealed that he was not in Mumbai, and added that he has no comments or involvement in the matter. He said:
"I have no comment or involvement in the matter."
Earlier, in an interview with Zoom, Shatrughan Sinha talked about his daughter's wedding. He added that he was in Delhi and had not talked about his daughter's plans. The third-time elected MP further stated that his daughter had not told him anything about his plans, and he got to know about the same through the media as he was out of home due to election work. However, Shatrughan Sinha added that he would give his blessings if Sonakshi informed him about the same.
Shatrughan Sinha added that he trusts his daughter and knows that she won't make an illegal decision. He added that she is an adult and has the right to make her own decisions. Shatrughan further expressed his wish to dance at his daughter's baraat. He said:
"We trust our daughter’s judgement completely. She would never make an extra-constitutional or illegal decision. As a consenting adult, she has the right to make her own decisions. Having said that, I would like to say that whenever my daughter gets married, I would like to be dancing right in front of the baaraat.”
