Sohail Khan, Ex-Husband Of Seema Sajdeh Gives Shop On Rent To Earn Rs. 10.3 Crore For A Living

Bollywood actor, Sohail Khan, may not have had a silver lining in the film industry, but the actor is lately on cloud nine. Salman Khan's brother, Sohail, would be earning an amount of Rs. 10.3 crore in the next 60 months, as per a report by the Times Now Digital. This is because the actor has given a shop on rent reportedly to The Irish House Food and Beverages Private Limited, which is very famous in Mumbai.

Sohail Khan to get a monthly rent of around 17 lakh monthly

The report by the Times Now Digital also revealed that the monthly rent that Sohail would receive would be Rs. 16.89 lakh. The deal-related documents were carefully reviewed by a top portal related to real estate as well as mortgages on the site of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). As per the documents that have been registered on the IGR, Sohail has given the shop to Gasper Enclave. The security deposit of the rental agreement amounts to Rs. 60 lakh.

The transaction also had a stamp duty which was around Rs. 2.67 lakh and a registration amount of Rs. 1,000. The documents also stated that the shop was created on a built-up area of around 1,290.57 sq ft. The report also stated that the rent agreement of 60 months would include rent escalation in a structured form. This meant that initially for the initial 36 months, the rent agreement of the shop would be around Rs. 16, 89,000. Later, it would rise to Rs. 17,73, 450 for the next 24 months. The portal also revealed that it was in April 2009 when the shop was purchased for an amount of Rs. 3.11 crore. The stamp duty is of Rs. 2.67 lakh with Rs. 1,000 as a registration charge.

Who is Sohail Khan?

Sohail who is not doing a lot of movies, got the shop that he gave on rent back in April 2009. His eldest brother is Salman Khan, and he is the son of veteran screenwriter, Salim Khan and Salma Khan, who is his first wife. For years, Sohail has done many movies like Krishna Cottage, Tubelight, Fight Club – Members Only, God Tussi Great Ho, Veer, Hello, Heroes, and Main Aurr Mrs Khanna. Recently, he was also seen in the Telugu movie, Arjun Son of Vyjayanthi, which was directed by Pradeep Chilukuri.

When Sohail Khan spoke about relations coming with an expiry date

Sohail got married to the love of his life, Seema, back in 2022, and they separated due to differences that could not be resolved after 24 years. It was in the initial episode of Dumb Biryani when the actor revealed his views related to separation and relationships. He shared that people always think of the future when it comes to relations, and also revealed that one has to nurture an equation when the seed of negativity crops up.

Sohail also emphasised on the fact that people succumb to a lot of pressure when they think of whether their relationship will have a future. He revealed that being in a relationship should bring one happiness, and when negativity comes, one should go away without having any sour thoughts in the mind.
