Soha Ali Khan Reacts To Trolls Made On Saif Ali Khan's Recovery: 'They Don't Have Any Emotions...'

After Saif Ali Khan opened up about the reason behind walking out of the hospital post-surgery, the actor’s sister and Bollywood actress, Soha Ali Khan, slammed trolls commenting over the actor’s speedy recovery after the attack. In a recent interview with Amar Ujala, Soha Ali Khan expressed that people involved in the trolling have no emotions attached.

In an interview with Amar Ujala, Soha Ali Khan recently opened up about the trolling that her brother, Saif Ali Khan received due to his decision to walk home and not use any wheelchair or catheter. She literally fumed over the trolling the actor received on his return to his Bandra house after the surgeries. Reacting to the negative comments, Soha said:

“My brother has already reacted to this, and I don’t think people will be interested in knowing my reaction on the same. But yes, I do get angry when people comment without having any information. They don’t have any emotions attached, so where do these passionate opinions come from? When it doesn’t affect their personal lives, why do they get so interested? That is beyond my understanding. I don’t think about it much, because I know that people like to talk and they will. It doesn’t hold a lot of meaning, so we should end this discussion here.”

Saif Ali Khan earlier addressed why he chose to walk home after he underwent surgery at Lilavati Hospital

People started to troll Saif Ali Khan when he got discharged from the Lilavati Hospital after 5 hours of surgery. Without taking any support of wheelchair, he was walking like a hero and waving at his fans. Saif seemed totally fine to address, which led them to doubt the gravity of the stabbing incident. There were questions like, "Wow someone got stabbed and losing his spinal fluid is back so soon? Even a normal sprain takes a month” and “I hope this isn't a publicity stunt. A man stabbed in the spinal cord walking around like nothing happened seems unbelievable.” Addressing the same, in an interview with Bombay Times, Saif once said:

"The instinct was that I'd like to walk about of the hospital. I had walked in also, and I'd like to walk out on my own. And it wasn't to show off or anything. It was just not to be alarmist and like my father used to say 'let's just kind of underplay it a bit’.”

All about Saif Ali Khan's stabbing case

For those unversed, Saif Ali Khan was stabbed by an intruder six times on January 16, 2025. The accused, Mohammed Shariful Islam, entered the actor’s Bandra house with the intent of robbery. As per reports, the accused demanded one crore and wanted to steal Rs. 30,000 to get a fake Aadhar card and PAN card. Sustaining injuries in five places, including his back, wrist, neck, shoulder, and elbow, Saif was rushed to Lilavati Hospital in an auto-rickshaw. There were conflicting reports regarding who accompanied the actor to the hospital. Some say it was his elder son, Ibrahim Ali Khan, and some say it was Taimur, along with another person.
