Influencer Raises Shocking Allegations On Eric Swalwell Amid Sexual Assault, 'He Actually Responded'

Eric Swalwell is all over the media after reports of sexual assault against him. An unnamed woman accused him of sexually assaulting her twice. A San Francisco Chronicle detailed allegations by four different women, who faced misconduct from Swalwell. One of the claims was made by social media influencer Ally Sammarco.

Three women spoke with CNN and alleged various kinds of sexual misconduct by the Democratic congressman, which also included receiving explicit messages or nude pictures. One of them was a social media influencer, Ally Sammarco, who reached out to Swalwell on Twitter to discuss politics. However, to her surprise, he responded to her. She also revealed receiving unsolicited nude messages from Swalwell. Speaking about the same to CNN, she shared:

“I truly never thought he would respond – I had like 1,000 followers at the time. And he actually responded.”

Other women talk about Eric Swalwell's misconduct

Not only Sammarco but also other women spoke about facing a similar ordeal. One of them revealed that she found herself intoxicated while ending up at Swalwell's hotel room with little memory of the evening. She also revealed that Swalwell kissed her and touched her leg without her consent.

Another woman reported a similar experience, saying she connected with Swalwell on Instagram in 2025 and he sent her his phone number. She said she later met with him in person and that he touched her leg and kissed her nonconsensually and ordered her a drink. She also revealed that she ended up in his hotel room with no memory of what happened.

The former staff of Eric Swalwell revealed going through one of the most traumatic phases of sexual assault at the hands of the California Rep. The unnamed staffer started interning with Swalwell in 2019 when she was just 20. According to a CNN report, the young intern, too, was impressed by Swalwell's take on politics.

Soon, she started working closely with him while planning events and arranging his travel. As per the reports, she revealed that Swalwell heaped praises on her work, bringing her into the limelight. But he soon started messaging her on Snapchat and started making sexual comments. Since Snapchat messages are deleted automatically, the woman had no screenshots of their chats.

As per her, in 2019, she was alone with Swalwell at a bar in his district after a casual gathering with staffers. She remembered taking a cab, but the next morning, found herself next to Swalwell in his hotel room. Though she had very little memory of what had happened, she could still feel physically what had happened to her.

The former staffer said she didn’t tell anyone about either incident involving Swalwell at the time. “I just felt so dirty and gross, and it just became a secret that I lived with.” The second incident happened in 2024 when she wasn’t working with Swalwell. She met him at a gala in New York City and went for drinks with Swalwell. However, just like previously, she ended up waking up next to him and was sure that she was sexually assaulted by Swalwell. Speaking about the same, the woman said:

“I was pushing him off of me, saying no. He didn’t stop.”
