Smriti and Palaash were supposed to tie the knot on November 23, 2025. However, her father falling ill on the day of the wedding had derailed the schedule. This was also the starting point of the drama surrounding her wedding to Palaash. Soon after, Smriti reportedly deleted all her Instagram posts related to the wedding. Amid this, a woman named Mary D'Costa shared screenshots of flirty messages that she allegedly received from Palaash Muchhal. As several more cheating allegations rose against the groom, their wedding has remained postponed till now, leaving people still wondering if it will ever happen or not.
Amid this, Krayonz Entertainment, the event management company that was handling the Smriti-Palaash wedding festivities, shared a note on social media. The post was shared on November 24, 2025, and has since gone viral. The post uses many cricket and sports metaphors and gives a shoutout to all their team members who handled the wedding logistics. However, what has caught people's attention is that the note ends with a "See you soon Champion". This has led to speculations that the wedding might resume. The post reads:
"We don't cross the finish line in every match of Life that we play, but it's always the sportsman Spirit that counts..Our team played hard, with Joy & Pride, and they all certainly deserve a Mention! Will see you soon Champion".
Similarly, the founder of the company, Achint Nag, also shared some wisdom on relationships with Wedding Sutra after having witnessed many couples and weddings. Achint shared that a wedding being planned doesn't mean that it will happen. He also talked about the importance of mutual respect and honesty in a marriage. People feel that these statements were also directed at the wedding fiasco of Smriti Mandhana and Palaash Muchhal.
