Smriti Irani Calls Her Daughter Her Monday Motivation, Reveals How Her 18-Year-Old Girl Inspires Her

Former Indian actress-turned-politician, Smriti Irani often shares glimpses of her life on her Instagram handle. From posting funny memes to standing up for the right, Smriti's IG feed is a treat for many of her fans and inspires many moms. Recently, Smriti penned an appreciation note for her daughter, Zoe Irani and revealed that she encourages her every day.

For the unversed, Smriti Irani is happily married to Zubin Irani. Together the couple is raising their three kids, Shanelle Irani (daughter from Zubin's first marriage), Zoe Irani and Zohr Irani. Smriti often shared lovely pictures of her kids and her husband on her IG feed.

On October 25, 2021, Smriti took to her Instagram handle and posted pictures of her daughter, Zoe. Alongside it, Smriti revealed that her daughter is a black belt in karate. She had won a lot of medals, and her name is also recorded in the Limca Book of World Records. Smriti shared that her daughter is her inspiration.

Smriti wrote: 

"She is a second Dan black belt in karate with her own tally of national and international medals and a Limca book of record holder to boot . Pestered about how she should be blessed to live in the reflected glory of her mother .. "

Smriti further added that her daughter, Zoe, had left many stunned by choosing chef as her profession, despite getting a good percentage in academics. She wrote:

"She smiled and carried on with what she considered her own course. When she picked the culinary arts as a career there was a murmur and she was told academics pe dhyan do .. khana toh waise bhi pakana hi hai usme kahan career banega , academically bright na ho toh Chef bano. She carried on and scored 91% in her 12 th boards and said becoming a chef is not an option but a choice."

Smriti further shared that her daughter inspires her when people judge her and prove them wrong with her achievements. She concluded her note: 

"When the noise threatens to overwhelm you .. carry on.. when people doubt your choices .. carry on , when people try to cast a shadow on a bright sunny day when you hope to live your dreams .. carry on. For the toughest thing to do when all comes undone is to .. carry on."
