Puneet Issar's Son, Siddhant Issar Marries Co-Star, Surbhi Shukla, Bride Stuns In Ivory Lehenga

It seems like love is in the air in the television industry. From surprise weddings to baby announcements, television couples are giving their fans a reason to celebrate beyond their drama on-screen. Amid this, a new couple has tied the knot and it's none other than Puneet Issar's son and TV actor, Siddhant Issar. He is the newest entrant in the list of television's couples list after getting married to his Shaitani Rasmein co-star, Surbhi Shukla in a private wedding. After a lot of rumours about their romance brewing on the set, they recently made an official announcement through their social media handles.

Siddhant Issar has married his co-star and his show's leading lady, Surbhi Shukla in a low-key ceremony. The couple reportedly met for the first time on the set of their show, Shanti Rasmein's set as co-stars. But, soon, they fell in love off-screen and began dating in the latter half of 2025. When the rumours about their affair made headlines, they didn't make any statement about it. However, later media reports revealed that they had their roka ceremony in January 2025. Sharing their official wedding pictures in a collaborative post, the duo penned:

"Mr and Mrs. Issar."

In the pictures from their reception, Surbhi Shukla looked ethereal in a heavily embellished ivory lehenga with zari work and intricate golden embroidery. She paired it with a matching dupatta, polki choker necklace and maang teeka. However, the spotlight was taken by her gorgeous chooda and sindoor look. The actress kept her makeup simple with neutral eyeshadow and left her hair open, with a few tresses framing her face. On the other hand, Siddhant looked charming in a black fitted tuxedo.

Among the other pictures from Siddhant's wedding, one picture which caught the attention of fans was Mukesh Khanna posing with the newlyweds. For those unaware, Mukesh Khanna and Puneet Issar were parts of B.R Chopra's iconic Mahabharat, where the former played the role of 'Bhishma Pitama' while Puneet portrayed 'Duryodhana.'

Siddhant Issar is the son of Puneet Issar and Deepali Issar. He followed in his father's footsteps and began acting in Television. The actor has worked in shows like Mahima Mata Vaishno Devi, Shiv Shakti and Shanti Rasmein. Meanwhile, Surbhi Shukla was seen in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Buddha and more. The couple made their relationship last year but didn't make any comment about their marriage. As per a report by Downtown Mirror Weekly, they reached Surbhi and asked her about the reason for keeping their marriage low-key. But she replied that they wanted to keep things simple and would talk about it in the coming weekdays.
