Indian batter, Shubman Gill is known for his cute smile, Haryanvi personality, batting skills and his on-and-off relationship with Sachin Tendulkar's daughter, Sara Tendulkar. They have been known to go on and off with their relationship, with rumours doing the rounds of the duo dating in private. Neither Sara nor Shubman has confirmed their relationship, and now, amid all this, the duo once again have unfollowed each other on Instagram.

There were a lot of rumours doing the rounds earlier in 2025 that Shubman was not genuinely seeing Sara and that he was trying to fake his relationship with her. Amid all this, if you take a look at Sara and Shubman's Instagram account lately, both of them are not even following each other. A Reddit post earlier in 2025 claimed:

"Recently I came to know about something really weird about Shubman Gill . One of my friend is in contact with shubman. She reveals that Shubman is a playboy . Bro was faking all this Sara Tendulkar . Shubman sleeps with a lot of foreign girls and and refers to this as 'chilling'."

However, it is interesting to note that Sara and Shubman do not have a single picture together on the internet. They used to comment on each other's Instagram posts back in the day, and cricket fans got obsessed with the idea of them dating for some reason. Although there was gossip doing buzz that Sara and Shubman were trying to do a publicity stunt however she was also liking comments and edits of shipper fan accounts and acted like nothing was between the duo.

Earlier, there were reports stating that Sara was in a relationship with Khushpreet Singh who is the friend of Shubman. It is interesting to note that neither Sara nor Khushpreet has commented on the relationship and has not even denied the buzz. However, Sara and Khushpreet were seen together at many events.

Shubman is the youngest player to make a double hundred in men's ODIs. A tweet had gone viral, which said that Shubman would be getting engaged to Sara, as the breaking tweet spoke about Sachin Tendulkar announcing daughter Sara's engagement with Shubman Gill.
