Paparazzi recently spotted Shraddha Kapoor in the city. She was seen sporting a comfy look in a light pink zip-up hoodie. She styled her hair back naturally with minimal makeup that highlighted her natural radiance. The Stree 2 actress carried a backpack and held a phone in her hand as she talked with someone while the pap surrounded her. Amidst this, her finger touched her phone, and a paparazzi camera captured a glimpse of her lock screen wallpaper. 

People spotted a picture of Rahul Mody hugging Sharddha Kapoor from behind in the phone wallpaper. In turn, the actress blushed over it. For those unaware, Rahul is a scriptwriter and assistant director who worked in Shraddha Kapoor starrer Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. Later, in 2023, rumours about their alleged relationship made headlines. In 2024, some reports stated that the couple parted ways, but Shraddha again shared a picture eating Vada Pav with Rahul that dismissed those rumours.

When the video of Shraddha Kapoor's phone wallpaper went viral, several netizens alleged that the actress purposely tried to flaunt it to the media. One user commented, "She clearly pressed the button herself so that they could record, what is this?" Another netizen mentioned, "Silly antics." Some people speculated that the whole incident was planned, and one user wrote, "This is so cringe and attention-seeking. Nobody holds a phone like that unless they want to show something."

A netizen compared with other celebrities who accidentally revealed their phone wallpaper and penned, "If this is true, imagine all the previous wallpapers we've seen before could be PR curated. Is there anything that's not PR in Bollywood? This way, no one is authentic."

A few days ago, a video went viral where Shraddha Kapoor was seen attending her friend's wedding with her rumoured beau, Rahul Mody. The actress entered the venue with Rahul but later maintained distance from him and avoided getting clicked in the same frame with him. At the same time, they stood on opposite sides while posing for a picture with the bride and groom. Possibly, they aren't ready to announce the relationship to the public. Sharddha looked dazzling at the event in a strappy golden-hued sharara with a choker necklace, dainty earrings, and subtle makeup.
