Shloka Mehta Looked Gorgeous As She Re-Wore Her Wedding Lehenga For 'Devar' Anant Ambani's Wedding

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's youngest son, Anant Ambani, has embarked on a new phase in his life. The young lad finally tied the knot with his ladylove, Radhika Merchant, on July 12, 2024, after being in a relationship with her for over six years. To celebrate the same, the entire Ambani clan slipped into some gorgeous wedding wear and showcased their fashion game.

Recently, the 'badi bahu' of the clan, Shloka Mehta Ambani's second look from the event was shared by her stylist and sister, Diya Mehta, on Instagram. Shloka re-wore her own wedding lehenga-choli for her brother-in-law, Anant Ambani's wedding. To give her a fresh look, her stylist decided to change the undertone of her lehenga to pink.

Shloka's custom Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga-choli was adorned with intricate embroidery and mirror-work all over it. She opted for a huge diamond necklace, earrings, maang teeka, nath and bangles to accentuate the beauty of her overall look. Subtle makeup and a neatly tied bun added stars to her overall look. Sharing the pictures, Diya Mehta penned:

"We wanted to create a special look that celebrates love, and what better than @shloka11’s own wedding lehenga. We decided to change the undertone to pink for a fresh look. She looks ethereal in this stunning custom @abujanisandeepkhosla lehenga!"

Earlier, Shloka's sister, Diya Mehta Jatia, took to her Instagram account to post some unseen pictures of her sister's look from Anant and Radhika's sangeet. In the post, she mentioned that while they were conceptualising Shloka's look for the event, they wanted something fun, elegant, and iconic. Keeping this in mind, they thought to recreate Manish Malhotra's OG look for Kareena Kapoor in the song Bole Chudiyan from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.

In the pictures, Shloka looked stunning in an ombre orange-hued, heavily embellished lehenga choli. While 'Poo' in K3G wore flared pants, Shloka opted for a more event-appropriate style and went with a lehenga featuring floral motifs all over it. Meanwhile, Shloka's backless high-low choli was adorned with beaded-strings, and an addition of a similar coloured dupatta completed her whole look. She accessorised her look with plenty of diamond-encrusted jewels. Sharing the pictures, Shloka's sister penned:

"Looking PHAT! While conceptualising the sangeet look we wanted to go for something fun, elegant and 'iconic'. After multiple rounds of discussions, we thought of dipping into the archives and recreated the OG @manishmalhotra05 ‘bole chudiyan’ look. It was an absolute blast!!! "
