Sharvari Wagh, who recently starred in the hit film, Munjya, is garnering praise for her role in the horror-comedy flick. The actress debuted with Bunty Aur Babli 2 and received a lot of attention for her performance. But do you know that the actress worked as an assistant director at Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani? She recently sat down for an interview with News18 and shared her experience working with the filmmaker and Heeramandi actress, Sharmin Segal.
While critics praise Sharvari, the actress reveals she learned more about filmmaking under the ace filmmaker, Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She was an assistant director in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum production, Bajirao Mastani. Sharing more about her experience, Sharvari was quoted as saying:

"We've had so much fun during the shoot for Bajirao Mastani. I was under the guidance of Sanjay Sir when I assisted in the second half of the film. It was like attending the ultimate masterclass in filmmaking."

Sharvari Wagh met with another actress, Sharmin Segal on the sets of Bajirao Mastani. Although, the two worked in different departments, Sharvari revealed they dreamt of working in front of a camera one day. At the same time, she expressed her happiness in watching Sharmin's performance in Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar. She said:
"We had separate units and I was on the action unit while Sharmin worked on the sand-me unit. But fate had other plans. We'd exchange knowing glances during lunch breaks, both dreaming of facing the camera someday. Now, seeing her shine in Heeramandi, I couldn't be happier."
Apart from Munjya, Sharvari recently made a cameo in Netflix's Maharaj. The film marks the debut of Aamir Khan's son, Junaid Khan. Despite her brief screen time, Sharvari has been appreciated for her role. The actress revealed that she is thrilled over the love she has been getting for Maharaj. ANI quoted her as saying:
"I'm really thrilled to read that people are calling me a big 'surprise factor' of 'Maharaj.' As an actor, I want to make an impact in every role and in every film that I work on. So, I will happily and humbly accept all the compliments of being a 'surprise factor' in a film!"
