Shah Rukh Khan Performs Farah Khan's 'Kanyadaan' In Old Video, Kisses Her, Gauri's Look Wins Hearts

Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan are the BFFs in Tinseltown. The duo share a decades-long friendship, but it has had many ups and downs. Farah and SRK often share anecdotes about their bond in several interviews, and they have always been there for each other. However, not many know that Shah Rukh Khan performed Farah's kanyadaan at the latter's wedding with Shirish Kunder.

Recently, we stumbled upon a video of Shah Rukh Khan from Farah Khan's wedding. In the clip, the superstar was seen performing his close friend's kanyadaan and giving her a tight hug. We can also see Gauri in the video, and she looked gorgeous in a lime green-hued saree with a matching blouse. The doting wife was standing beside her husband, who was performing the rituals at the wedding.

There's no denying that Farah Khan has always considered Shah Rukh Khan her family, and the video proved the precious bond that they share with one another. For the wedding, Farah opted for a minimalistic look, which included a pink-hued saree paired with a blue blouse. Leaving her tresses open, the then-bride wore dangling earrings to complete her look. Shirish, on the other hand, complemented her in a white-hued kurta-pyjama.

Shah Rukh Khan comforted Farah Khan when she was expecting triplets

Farah Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s friendship has been so strong that the superstar was the first person outside her family who got to know the news of her expecting triplets. In an interview with Nova IVF Fertility’s YouTube channel, Farah recalled that she conceived while shooting the film, Om Shanti Om and revealed how SRK comforted her in her lows. Farah revealed that there were only lows in the first five months of her pregnancy, and most of the time, she used to be sobbing at the shoot. And it was SRK who made her feel calm, so apart from her family, she told the actor about her pregnancy.

According to reports, in the year 2012, Sanjay Dutt hosted a star-studded party for his friends at a nightclub in Juhu. During the party, Shah Rukh Khan interacted with his B-town friends but kept his distance from Shirish Kunder. For the unversed, things weren’t well between SRK and Shirish back then, as the latter had taken a nasty dig at the actor's movie, Ra.One, and called it a ‘firework fizzle’ on Twitter.

Shirish Kunder, who was drunk, allegedly followed Shah Rukh everywhere and even entered the loo with him. Shirish also mumbled something in SRK’s ears, which made the superstar lose all his calm completely. However, the actor got so irritated by this behaviour that he pinned Shirish to a sofa and allegedly punched him. When things got out of hand, Sanjay Dutt had to intervene to stop the brawl.
