Shah Rukh's Movie, 'King's Plot Revealed? Action Thriller, Two Timelines, Two Villains, And One Hero

Shah Rukh Khan has been leading headlines with the greatest surprise he has given to his fans on his birthday on November 2, 2025. The actor turned 60, but as they say, age is just a number, and he proved it with his fiery look in his upcoming movie, King. Since the teaser was dropped, SRK's fans have been going gaga, and we're all waiting for the movie's release with bated breath. The date hasn't been confirmed yet, but King will hit theatres in 2026. Ahead of that, a source spilled the beans about the movie's alleged plot, which even spiked excitement among SRK fans.

Shah Rukh Khan's movie, King's alleged plot is already fiery with two different timelines

Recently, a source revealed to India Today that Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming movie, King will have two different timelines, where the actor will be playing the same role in two different stages of life. The movie will reportedly feature two villains, including Raghav Juyal and Abhishek Bachchan.

It will be a high-octane action thriller, and that could already be seen in the teaser, where SRK was shown unbeatable as he said he was defamed in 100 countries and committed 1000 crimes. The teaser only left people whistling and clapping, so one can only imagine the response the movie will get once it's up in the theatres.

Shah Rukh Khan's movie, King's cast

Apart from Raghav Juyal, Abhishek Bachchan, and Shah Rukh Khan, King will feature Deepika Padukone and Suhana Khan. This is Suhana Khan's first film with her dad, Shah Rukh Khan, so one can be assured it is going to be a blast. Suhana confirmed her role in King by sharing a photo from the set, showing props, including two coffee mugs with the tags 'King' and 'King's princess'.

Has Shah Rukh Khan copied Brad Pitt's look for King?

When the teaser for King was dropped, people couldn't help but scream at the top of their lungs. In a glimpse, SRK, in a word, looks fiery. His yellow-denim shirt and salt-pepper hair became the talk of the town in just a nanosecond. However, eventually, people started to notice a similarity between SRK and Brad Pitt. Brad Pitt had a similar dress code in one of the glimpses of F1, and the audience couldn't help but draw parallels between the two. However, Siddharth Anand soon reacted to the same.

A Tweet was soon dropped featuring a collage of Shah Rukh from Jab Harry Met Sejal, Brad Pitt from F1, and SRK’s new still from King. Well, the collage featured the actors in a similar dress code, nothing else. Sharing the post, the Twitter account holder lashed out at the haters who had already judged the movie, which hasn't been released yet, based only on the same dress code. It was King director Siddharth Anand who reacted to the post with a laughing and OK hand emoticon, thereby appreciating it and indirectly slamming the haters. The post read:

"Funny logic by haters these days. If a Bollywood movie has: Fighter Jet - Copy of Top Gun, Ship - Copy of Titanic, Same dress code - Copy of F1, Orange Dress - Anti-Hindu. Their IQ level is like buffering since 1947."
