Bigg Boss 18 may have drawn to a close on January 19, 2025, but it seems the members' wars are still ongoing. Following the show's end, the contestants came together to celebrate the 'success' of 'almost-winner,' Vivian Dsena. However, he and his wife, Nouran Aly, skipped inviting the season's winner, Karan Veer Mehra. Nor did they invite the latter's 'family gang,' Shilpa Shirodkar or Chum Darang. Now, Karan's friend, Sandiip Sikcand has seemingly taken a dig at the Madhubala actor.
Sandiip Sikcand was an active supporter of his friend, Karan Veer Mehra, throughout the latter's stint on Bigg Boss 18. Following Karan's massive win on the show, Sandiip was subject to a slew of hate from enraged Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal fans. However, the actor has loyally stood by the BB 18 winner. Recently, Sandiip hosted a bash to celebrate the success of his Marathi show, Aboli. And the much-loved trio, Karan Veer Mehra, Chum Darang, and Digvijay Rathee, were invited.
Pictures and video of the trio's first meet-up following Bigg Boss 18 have been going viral online. And Sandiip dropped a picture with Karan, Chum, and Digvijay as well, but it wasn't just the picture that caught everyone's eye. Sandiip seemingly took a dig at 'almost winner,' Vivian Dsena's‘ success party,' writing:
"You dont need to be "invited" for any sponsored party - YOU GUYS ARE THE PARTY Thanks so much for coming and loads of love and best best wishes @karanveermehra @chum_darang & @digvijay_rathee."
For the unversed, both Karan and Chum have stated that they were not invited to Vivian Dsena's party. Chum even questioned Vivian's wife, Nouran Aly's explanation that only those who hadn't 'hurt' them were invited. The Badhaai Do actress stated that she was confused as to when she had 'hurt' Vivian. Digvijay, however, had been invited to the party but seemingly chose not to go out of his loyalty to Karan.
Karan Veer Mehra's win has unfortunately been shrouded by the immaturity of fans (and contestants) who don't have a sporting spirit. Rather than moving on gracefully from the situation, some Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal fans have been hating on Karan, his friends, and his supporters. Sandiip highlight the same when he opened up about receiving death threats, penning on his Instagram story:

"My Instagram is full of abuses, death threats, crassy comments & the worst that you can imagine! But...I don't give a shit! The fact is that the BEST & the most DESERVING person WON. Paid media, channel preferred - say what the crap you like but it all just proves that what terrible loosers you all are !! Bring on the hate because as I say - water off the ducks back! Keep BARKING."
For the unversed, 'Colors ka ladla,' Vivian Dsena and his wife, Nouran Aly, held a party to celebrate his 'success' recently. During the same, Vivian was seen cutting a cake with a message that read, "Kings win trophies, Legends win hearts," which was a clear dig at Bigg Boss 18 winner, Karan Veer Mehra.
In a recent interview, Shivkant Gautam asked Karan about the same, and the latter clarified that he had not been invited. Karan addressed the issue with maturity, saying:
"Bula lete toh chale jate, nahi bulaya toh koi baat nahi. Usme koi aisi wo wali baat nahi hai. Toh I’m sure kyuki trophy ek jane ko jeetni thi toh dusre ko bura lagna tha. Toh koi baat nahi agar bura laga hai. Kuch na kuch toh jhelna hi padega kisi ko. Mein karunga party toh sabko bulaunga, aap bhi aana please."
