Sanam Teri Kasam's Mawra's Wedding Looks: Zaha's Icy-Blue Dress At Walima, Pricey Lehenga For Nikah

Sanam Teri Kasam actress, Mawra Hocane geared up in her personal life, as she got married to the love of her life, Ameer Gilani. The glimpses from her wedding were surreal. Mawra's looks from her wedding left everyone in awe. From her dress in muted tone for nikah, to her icy-blue outfit of reception, Mawra's looks were simply jaw-dropping.

Mawra Hocane donned a classy lehenga from Zaha Couture for her Walima

For her walima, which is known to be a reception, Mawra Hocane was dolled up in an icy-blue toned lehenga from Zaha Couture. The dress had intricate work all over, following floral patterns and was embellished with silver-chrome accents. The dress featured artistry works such as tilla, gotta, kora dabka, and resham. Mawra teamed her lehenga with a hand-embellished zari net dupatta, and she looked simply gorgeous. Along with it, Mawra wore another sheen veil with pearl-studded borders.

The gorgeous actress opted for a sheen touch of makeup, including soft pink eyeshadow, blushy cheeks, and soft lipstick. A tied-up hairdo with the addition of a diamond-studded maang-teeka with a huge blue stone added stars to her look. Apart from that, Mawra donned a matching pair of earrings and necklace, along with the addition of a double-layered sleek diamond neckpiece.

For one of her wedding ceremonies, Mawra Hocane slipped into a metallic-toned ghagra, which screamed elegance. The ghagra came along with a loose-fitted skirt along with a long choli. The entire dress was embellished with intricate gold embroidery, and sequins work. Mawra opted for gold jewels for her second look. A huge mathapatti, statement choker, in addition to a sitahaar and matching earrings, finalised her look. Mawra opted for soft makeup and let her gorgeous dress and jewels do all the talking. Well, her mehendi-clad hands, seemingly with her diamond ring, were enough to amplify her bridal look.

For her nikah ceremony, Mawra Hocane donned a pastel-toned lehenga from Rano’s Heirlooms. While the dress was in pastel tone, the borders were Jamuni (purple) and deep pink-toned chatta patti detailing, which amped up its soft colour. The zari and gota works were highlighted with pink floral embroidery. Mawra wore this lehenga with a top-styled choli, and a mint green dupatta with a delicate gota.

For the unversed, Mawra's dupatta actually belonged to her mother-in-law, i.e, Ameer's mother. Her jewels included a golden haar with emeralds, maang teeka, rings, jhoomar and matching earrings, which the actress revealed to be more than half a century old and belonged to Ameer's grandmom. Blushy makeup and bun hairstyle added stars to her look. As per a report by Samaa TV, this dress had a price tag of PKR 1.95 million, i.e. Rs 19.5 lakh.
