Bigg Boss OTT 3 has gained a lot of media limelight since the grand premiere. Now, the show is all set to declare its winner, and the top five contestants are Naezy, Ranveer Shorey, Sai Ketan, Kritika Malik and Sana Makbul. However, it is Sana Makbul, who have been grilled the most in the show. While some called her wish to win, overconfidence, others called her selfish and other names. Recently, we stumbled upon an unseen video of Sana, and it proves how she comes from a humble background.
Recently, Sana's old video from MTV's Miss Teen Diva goes viral. The show was aired in 2009 and it had Anusha Dandekar as the judge along with Cyrus Sahukar. Sana's co-contestants was Rhea Chakraborty. In the clip, we can see Sana being her goofy self. She was being judged by Anusha, and we can see how Sana was cutely gigling to all the remarks.

As soon as the video went viral, netizens flooded the comment section. One user wrote, "Kitna skin whitening karva ke aayi hai. Khoobsurat toh pehle se hi hai." Another netizen commented, "Workout and skincare can and most probably will make you lighter. I have experienced it first hand. She has always been very pretty."
On the reality show, Bigg Boss OTT 3, Sana talked about her health concerns and subsequently broke down into tears. The diva revealed that she suffers from liver disease, Hepatitis. The actress divulged that she has never in her life ever sipped on alcohol but is still diagnosed with the disease. In Sana's words:

"I've non-alcoholic Hepatitis- a liver disease. I'm one of those people who have never tasted alcohol in my life but has yet been diagnosed with it."
Sana also revealed that there came a time in her life in 2021, when she wasn't even able to get out of the bed as she had excruciating pain and she was confused what was going on with her. She said:
"In 2021 I didn't understand what I was going through. There were days where I couldn't even get up from the bed."
