Sana Khan shares about the negativity she received related to her marriage

Sana had arrived earlier on Rubina Dilaik's podcast, where she spoke about critics who started speculating that her marriage with Mufti would end in a couple of months. They had also predicted that Sana would get divorced within six months and had also said that she would never have children. In Sana Khan's words:

"When we got married there were a lot of people who made remarks like the wedding will last for only 3 months, they will get divorced in 6 months and she will never have a child. Imagine people saying such things and making videos, especially when you've just gotten married and are an emotional person."

She even shared that she had lots of struggles to cope up and used to cry during the initial first six months of her marriage. However, her supporting husband, Mufti, had given her lots of support and said that letting people say whatever they wanted didn't matter.

When Sana Khan opened up about her wedding proposal

Going ahead in the podcast, Sana had revealed that she shared a deep and a unique bond with Anas. Her 'Maulana Ji' had sent Anas' wedding proposal to her, she was like how would this happen as her husband was 7 years younger than her. Sana then spoke about how Anas made her realise why they had to marry. She said:

"But he made me understand why we should get married. I always felt Maulana's were very boring because I came from a very fancy life. I heard Anas talking about a late friend so passionately and wishing well for his soul. I asked myself if I have a single friend who would wish this well for me even after my death and I realised I had no one. That was the first thing that attracted me towards Anas."

The criticisms never ended, even after her first son, Tariq Jamil was born in 2023. Sana remembered that people thought she could not bear a child, that would end her marriage.

When Sana Khan shared her husband, Mufti Anas only purchased 6 new clothes in the full year

Sana, revealed further that her husband's life has been very simple. When they married, she remembered she only had six new clothes in the year. When she tied the knot, she was puzzled to see him not have new clothes. In her words:

"When we got married, I used to post photos on our social media and people would ask, "aapke husband Ek he blazer kabse pehne hai..?" I was like he doesn't have any other. How will he wear a different one? He leads that lifestyle and it's not like he can't buy them but he likes to stay like that."
