Gone are the days when a new mother would take her own sweet time to relax and rest after her delivery. Today a new mother will hit the gym right after 2 months of delivery. One such momma is Bollywood actress, Sameera Reddy. It seems Sameera has her goals set. Merely after two months of delivering her second child, Nyra, Sameera with her latest mission proved that nothing can slow down a woman, not even pregnancy! The Musafir actress recently posted a video of her climbing a mountain called Mullayanagiri Peak. Not only this, she even strapped her two-month-old daughter Nyra, while giving a panoramic view of the mountain to her fans.

Sharing the post, the Tezz actress had written, “Attempted climbing to Mullayanagiri Peak with Nyra strapped on! I stopped midway cos I was so out of breath! 6300 ft high it’s the tallest Peak in Karnataka! So many messages from New moms saying they are inspired to travel & I’m thrilled my travel stories are getting such a positive response! It’s very easy to feel low post baby & I’m super determined to not let it get me down! for moms asking I did not express I just fed her on-demand everywhere! Less fuss and easy to travel this way!”

Sameera Reddy had welcomed her second child, a baby girl on July 12, 2019. Sharing a post on her birth, she had written, “Our little angel came this morning My Baby girl! Thank you for all the love and blessings.” Talking about embracing motherhood for the second time, she had said, "I was on an ad shoot on Thursday, and in fact, my doctor had just checked me on Wednesday. I am at Women's Hospital in the able hands of Dr Gayatri Rao. She had said that we could go ahead with a C-section as it was required in my case and I should tell her when I would like to get it done. I said, 'Let's do it on Friday. As such, yesterday was Ekadashi- a very big, holy day. My husband clicked pictures in the labour room. Expressing her joy and happiness on the arrival of her baby girl Nyra, Sameera had taken to her Instagram handle and had written, “This little girl gave me the strength of wild horses. She wanted me to find myself again. She knew I was lost, and she showed me the way. I found a voice in celebrating motherhood, wanting change on body perception and the best part was reaching out to people to just feel good about themselves. I’m so happy that people felt so connected and supported me to get here! We prayed for a #babygirl and we are #blessed!"

Sameera recently took to Instagram and shared a picture of herself with her son, Hans Varde holding a sheet, where the name of her daughter was written. With the picture, she had announced her daughter’s name as ‘Nyra’, which means ‘beauty of Goddess Saraswati and gift of God’. Sharing the post, Sameera had written, “Welcoming our Lil lady to the Varde family, baby girl ‘Nyra’ #blessed #grace #love #family.”
